I took a loan out on my 403B, Do I need to claim that?

Loan proceeds are not reported on your tax return.

If a Form 1099-R (distribution) is ever required, the 403B plan administrator would prepare it and send you a copy.

The only reason they would send you a Form 1099-R for the loan is if you failed to repay it when required.
