You are using the Self-Employed Edition that leads me to believe you have a sole proprietorship on Schedule C. That type of business does not take into account an officer distribution. The form figures profit and loss; money taken in vs money spent for expenses. The net profit or loss carries to your personal return.

If you have a corporation, you should be using the Business Program.
