How much is the amount?  It sounds like a dividend or interest-related.  You might need to create a Form 1099-INT.

I am attaching a post from our superuser jerry2000 who provides some good information on a related question.  Click here: Credit Union

To create a Form 1099-INT, in TurboTax online, here are the steps:

  • Sign in to your account and select Pick up where you left off
  • At upper right corner, in search box, type in 1099int then Enter
  • Select "Jump to 1099int "
  • Enter the amount as interest income
