You add both of your Form 1099-R as part of your tax return. Pay close attention to the follow-up questions after you enter each form and as you leave the 1099-R section.
There will be a question about what you did with the IRA distribution that was converted to the Roth IRA. This is how you will indicate that it was converted. You do not enter anything as a Roth IRA contribution as part of your return.
