I received a CSF 1099R death benefit. Turbo tax is asking for my father's dates of service in the post office which I do not know.

You may be able to find this information by calling OPM's Retirement Information Office at 1-888-767-6738. You will need your CSF claim number and your social security number when you call.

I didn't receive STATE return yet. I already called to state, they said to contact to turbo tax. but I tried to contact customer service that not contact.
