I receive monthly payments from an annuity from my former employer. when filling in info for 1099-r a message advises me that i must take a required minimum distribution
taxes are deducted monthly from my payments. i do NOT need to take a RMD??? how do I bypass this info

Just say it counts toward your RMD and continue on with your return.
