I put 'Korea of republic(KR)' in 1099-R for account [PII Removed], but when I check 'Federal Review' menu, 'KS' is in payer's country. please let me know how I can fix it

Your country code is correct. The IRS has their own set of country codes. KR is Kiribati and KS is Korea, Republic of (South).
