Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security (SSA1099 and 1099RRB) to enter your SSA1099.

Do you mean that the 1099 you received from SSA only has ### for your SSN? In TurboTax, you would enter your SSA with all numbers. TT is only going to create an electronic SSA 1099 that will remain as part of your records and not be transmitted to the IRS when you file.
