This is Bob DiBlasi, I have gone over my taxes several times. I had three rejections due to what they say was a possible duplicate R-1099. I assure you there is no duplicate. I have been using Turbo Tax more than 15 years and if there was a problem Turbo Tax picked it up.
I did get a hold of a great advispr and her name was Pauline. We went over the tax forms for both Federal and State. This was not a 15 minute but we were on for over an hour. My wife and I was very pleased with the way she handled what needed to get done. Anyway, we did e-file again only to get rejected again. That was advised on the list we went through. Final was mail in the tax forms one to the Federal and one to the state. We'll do that today. Pauline is an outstanding advisor and needs to be told from someone higher up at Turbo Tax. We all know that people never have an issue complaining about something but rare to let someone know what a great and thorough job one did.
I will continue to use turbo tax and from what information I received it's a IRS issue. Please let me know that you did indeed receive this. Thank you.
