I’m unsure how to file this year because my wife went to be with The Lord on February 17,2021? Should i file as one or jointly?

No more details. I just need how to file this year because we always filed jointly before?

In the year of the spouse's passing you can file your tax return as Married Filing Jointly.

When entering your spouse's personal information there will be a check box to indicate that they passed away and then you enter the date of passing.
