I'm trying to enter my RMD I received from Fidelity investments...?

Even though your retirement plan distribution is an RMD, you will receive a normal 1099-R. Enter at the 1099-R screen. The follow up interview will establish that it is an RMD. 

No where on the IRS forms is there a place that indicates whether or not RMD has been met.
