I'm trying to add multiple 1099-SA forms. Every time I try to add the second form, the details replace the first. I clearly see the [(+) Add] button on 1099-SA Summary

I've tried multiple times including using incognito browser session. Why can't I add more that one 1099-SA?

Try closing TurboTax, clearing your cache and deleting your cookies. Review the TurboTax Help article How to clear your cache and How do I delete cookies? for specific instructions for your browser. Also, reboot your computer.

Another option is to delete the 1099-SA form and then enter again. To delete a form in TurboTax Online follow the instructions below:

1. Open TurboTax and your return
2. Select Tax Tools from the menu on the left side
3. Select Tools
4. In the pop-up window select Delete a form
5. Find Form 1099-SA and select Delete.

Deleted and re added did the trick.
