I'm getting an error where TurboTax is not properly picking up my entry in field 1 of the Massachusetts 1099-G.

I'm ready to file, but I'm being prevented from doing so by an error in TurboTax. It keeps telling me that I "appear to have" an error on my 1099-G (Massachusetts) where it thinks I entered too much withholding in Box 4 and Box 11 on my 1099-G, when in fact it's generating the error because it doesn't "see" the amount that is entered in Box 1 for "Unemployment compensation" (although it was properly captured that amount elsewhere as Income, since it does increase my overall income calculation).  So even though the form is definitely entered correctly (I had initially imported it, but even tried deleting it and reentering it manually--both after logging out and restarting and also using different browsers
