I notice that the math does not work here, as the proceeds minus the cost should give a gain of $33.47, while you said the form 1099-B reports $33.56. I don't know why there is a discrepancy so I can't tell you what the adjustment code is. However, if you change the proceeds or cost to make the gain equal the difference, you may find that you don't need the adjustment code.
You’re right, I mis-typed.
should have been:
PROCEEDS (Box 1d) $360.19
COST OR OTHER BASIS (Box 1e) $326.63
GAIN/(LOSS) AMOUNT $33.56

any ideas for me?
@amaliarose12 If you imported the numbers from your broker then you should manually re-type them and that may take care of the issue.
