I'm getting a question that is not accurate to my situation. It is asking about my wife's High Deductible plan lapse in 2021, but she didn't have one? How do I fix this?

This is what the question says:  "Did XXXXXX's High Deductible Health Plan coverage lapse in 2021 due to disability?"  The only options are
Yes, the coverage ended due to disability.
No, the coverage ended for other reasons.
Neither of those are accurate, she did not have a coverage lapse!

Your problem is the previous question: "What kind of High Deductible Health Plan did (name) have on December 1, 2020?".

This question applies only to taxpayers who (1) had an HSA in 2020, and (2) made contributions to it in 2020 (or in 2021 for 2020).

Otherwise, this question doesn't apply to you.

If your wife did not have an HSA in 2020 (I assume the HSA is yours) nor even if she did, that she did not contribute to it for 2020, then the right answer for her for that previous question is NONE (not Family nor Self-only).

Thanks, that question was confusing. She's on my HDHP, so I had selected she was on a family plan.
