I have two different 1099-R forms for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company which is MTLIFE R&S-ACE. It does not pop up on the list that you provide!

If the payer of your Form 1099-R does not pop up on the list you will have to enter the name of the payer into TurboTax Deluxe.  To do this on the page Let us Enter Your 1099-R check the radio button I'll type it in myself then check continue.  Follow the prompts to enter your 1099-R information  When you are done with the first 1099-R select add Another 1099-R to enter your second 1099-R

Don't enter the payer or bank or broker name and don't try to import it.  It is just as fast and easy to manually enter it.  At the bottom pick -  Change How I enter my Form

Then on the next screen pick I'll Type it in Myself

Metropolitan Life Insurance Company is not on your list of financial institutions, nor will it let you type it in.

If the name of the 1099-R payor does not appear on the list of Financial institutions, it only means that the form cannot be directly imported from the payor website.  On the page "Let Us Enter Your Bank and Brokerage Tax Documents", scroll down on the page and click on Skip Import to continue to enter the 1099-R information in manually.
