I have two annuities that I believe were 401k rollovers. They are qualified plans. Can I use them in determining my total IRA RMD calculation?

I have not taken distribution on either annuity. I have taken more than enough RMD that I need to on my other IRA's Do I still have to take the RMD from the annuities?

No. All accounts with an RMD should be accounted for when taking your distributions. However, all money can come from one or two accounts. There is NO requirement to take the RMD from each account.
