I have FLI in box 15 which gives me two amounts in box 17 and I have UI/HC/WD in box 14 which has it's own amount.

In box 15 I have the Employer's state ID number and FLI which gives me two amounts for box 17 but I don't know if I should add them or not (or what to do with them, really). I searched up what to do when this happens and some people recommended adding them to box 14 but my box 14 has UI/HC/WD and that has its own value (which is different from the ones in box 17. What do I do? I'm not using TurboTax for this currently and this website doesn't give me the dropdown menu.
