Just to verify you got a 1099-R from the Publix Supermarket, as this is tagged as retirement in the system.

Please follow these steps to enter your 1099-R into TurboTax:

1. Login to your TurboTax Account 
2. Click on the Search box on the top and type “1099-R”
3. Click on “Jump to 1099-R”
4. Enter your 1099-R exactly as shown.

The taxes withheld in box 4 (federal taxes) will get carried to line 25b on your federal return and box 14 (state taxes) will get carried to your state return. They will be credited towards any tax liability.
