I e-filed my 1099-NEC on 1/31 but it was e-filed by Turbotax on 2/1. Why is that?

Are you referring to the time that elapsed from when you filed and the IRS accepted your return? When you e-file, it typically takes 24 to 48 hours for the IRS to accept your return.
