If you don't have a form 1099-B to enter this year, you may have one carried over from a previous year. To delete the errant form 1099-B, you can follow these steps in TurboTax:

1. Tax tools (on the left menu bar)
2. Tools
3. Delete a form

Find the form 1099-B in the list and delete the form.
