I do not need to fill out a Substitue form W-2. Why does it keep asking me to fill one out?

You may have inadvertently clicked that you had a substitute W-2. Here's how to delete Form 4852 (Substitute W-2).

Go to My Account at the top right > Tools.

In the Pop up window select Delete a Form.

Click Delete next to Form 4852.
