Yes, you have to enter a 1099R for money you took from a retirement account in 2024. Go to the plan's website to see if you can import it or download it to enter by hand. Or call them and ask how to get your 1099R.

To enter your retirement income, Go to Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA 401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.
