I am using the Turbo premium program and once I entered all relevant data it is not calculating the taxable benefit properly for line 6B for SS benefits?

My SS benefits were high enough that line 6B should be 85% of line 6A, but it shows '0'

On the Turbo program the total for line 9 is 5460, but is missing the 85% for line 6A.  I have no schedule 1 and file married/jointly.

If Line 6a is $50k then it is very possible that you will not have any taxable SS benefits.

Your total other income =$5,460 + One-half of your SS benefits of $25k = $30,460 which is below $32,000 for Married Filing Jointly

Have you entered all your other income and your SS benefits?

Up to 85% of Social Security Retirement/Disability/Survivors benefits becomes taxable when all your other income plus 1/2 your social security reaches:

Married Filing Jointly - $32,000
Single or Head of Household - $25,000
Married Filing Separately - 0

I have entered all income sources, interest, dividends, ect.  Basically I have 50K in SS benefits and should see 85% of it on line 6B, but it shows '0'.  Support via online had no solution even when we discussed over the phone for over 30 minutes.

Look at your Form 1040.  What is the total of Lines 1z, 2a, 2b, 3b, 4b 5b, 7 and 8?  Do you have amounts from Schedule 1 Lines 11 thru 20 and 23 and 25?  If so, how much?

What is your filing status?

That makes sense and I also reviewed the IRS publication on SS benefits, so I thank you so much for your time and consideration.
