I am getting my part of my husbands pension they want to know the financial institution but which the pension fund or my bank ? neiter name comes up

are they asking where it comes from or where it goes to?

Enter it manually. On the Let Us Enter Your 1099 page go down to the bottom and pick Enter a different way

It would be the issuer of the 1099-R.
