In TurboTax Home & Business, to enter your 401(k) contribution, please follow these steps:

Open your tax return and click on Business then click Continue
On the next page, click on I'll choose what I work on
Locate the Less Common Business Situations
Click Start next to Self-Employed Retirement (see attached screenshot).
