In TurboTax Home & Business, to enter your 401(k) contribution, please follow these steps:
- Open your tax return and click on Business then click Continue
- On the next page, click on I'll choose what I work on
- Locate the Less Common Business Situations
- Click Start next to Self-Employed Retirement (see attached screenshot).
