I accidentally didn't rollover my IRA withdrawal to my new IRA when I switched jobs in September. Can I do it now so I don't need to pay the penalty?

Did you receive a 1099-R for the distribution? Unfortunately, if you miss the 60 day window, you can request a waiver, but in general they are very difficult to obtain. See FAQs relating to waivers of the 60-day rollover requirement.
