How will we know when the update for 8960_hold error has taken place??
This is very frustrating. Heading out on vacation - would like this to get handled. How can you not communicate with people in advance of your issues??

Apparently, it’s now done. I had the same issue. Just advance through the “Fix It” steps of the software and it should go through now. I scheduled an appointment for a call and that’s all they did with me.
