If you are receiving a pension, you are taking the RMD. It is only if you are taking money out of an individual account that you need to be sure you have removed enough money. If you take all required distributions, mark that each meets the RMD requirement.

It's not a question about RMD. It is the question after that.  I keeps saying the IRA's need review.  All the RMD questions are answered and the amount is entered correctly. There is no question "Is this the entire RMD?  It asks if the whole amount of the distribution is the RMD and it is not so I answered no. The amount I took out is more than the RMD. Then it asks for the amount of the RMD for 2024 and I entered that. It keeps asking after the questions on the RMD are answered if I have taken a disaster distribution and I never have which is the no answer I gave but it won't let me file. It keeps saying the IRA's need review.

The needs review message should not prevent e-file.   The IRS will start accepting e-filed returns when the filing season opens on Jan 27th.  You can go to the next section and continuing preparing your return.   If you have completed the return, it may contain forms that have not been finalized yet.

You can check this link to access the Forms Availability Tool to see if all of your forms are available or the expected date they will be available.
