If you are filing on paper by mail, attach the 1099-R to your Federal income tax return only if there is an entry in Box 4 for Federal income tax withheld. Staple it to the front on your return.
If you are efiling your return, you do not send the 1099-R. Just keep it for your records.

If you filed jointly in 2018, her AGI would be the same as yours.

Please note that I generally suggest that if your return has been rejected more than twice, that you go ahead and file on paper.
