check with Prudential to know what information you need to enter to do this.
TurboTax should be set up already with the necessary prompts if Prudential is a Financial Partner.
Turbotax asks for your SSAN and a Tracking # as login credentials. In the Learn More link on TurboTax's login page for Prudential, we are given instructions from Prudential on how to find the Tracking #. These instructions are on a Prudential page with the Prudential logo at the top. There is nothing like the example Prudential shows on their own 1099s and certainly no Tracking #. Prudential even admits this.
Has anyone had this experience, i.e., not being able to find the necessary credentials for Prudential. Prudential passes the buck to TT.
Prudential is evidently a Financial Partner with TT as the search window in TT pulls Prudential up.
You would need to reach out to Prudential for assistance with your SSAN and Tracking number, as this wouldn't be information we would have.
