How do I get to the desktop TurboTax page where I enter my IRA RMD?

Have you tried this yet?

Add/Edit/Delete Form 1099-R:

1. Open your return (if not already open).
2. Enter "1099r" in the Search box.
3. Click on "jump to 1099r" link.  
4. Enter you information by importing it or by entering it manually.  If you land on your 1099-R Summary page, you can Add/Edit/Delete your information.  You may need to delete this 1098-R and re-enter it.  As you proceed thru the program interview, you should see the image below.
