How do i issue a 1099

I have Turbotax for Home and Business and I do not see a quick employer links and access to issue a 1099 like I did in years past.

Quick Employer Forms (QEF) can help you generate a W-2, 1099-MISC, 1099-INT, and 1099-DIV forms. There are two ways to reach QEF:
