How do I get turbo tax support to fix a bug? Information in box 4 from my 1099-R was not transferred to the results page.

The federal return does not have the amount I entered in box 4 (fed inc tax withheld) on the worksheet. I doubled checked that I entered this amount when entering data.

Can you enter this directly on the 1099-R worksheet assuming that you have a Turbo Tax software product?

I did enter it on the form, the number did "not" transfer to tax form. Unfortunately, I caught this after I filed so now I was amend my return.  After using turbo tax for 10+ years, this will be my last year of usage.
