My husband is retired LEO in Ohio. I am doing our taxes and trying to find where in TurboTax I can do this deduction.I get asked the question about whether $ from pension paid for health insurance, and answer no, because we pay - husband receives stipend. Help appreciated as I can't find this in TurboTax.

It is entered in follow-up questions from 1099-R entries.  There is a question asking about pension from retired public service employee and then asking whether the taxpayer or pension paid insurance premiums.  Answer yes and enter the amount and it is subtracted from the distribution on Form 1040 line 5a/5b.  .
