You can ignore the 20 since that refers to the year. You can simply select the Letter "D" from the dropdown menu and then enter the amount.
I tried that but I had a "DD" code, a "D" code and a "D 20" code. So I entered the "D 20" code just like the regular "D" code, but now they are saying I have duplicate lines
Are you saying that there are two D codes? "D" plus an amount AND "D 20" plus an amount?

You only enter D and the amount, the "20" is simply information that means it was a 2020 contribution entered for 2021 and does not get entered.
