How do I enter a 1099-R for a rollover from a 401(k) to a regular IRA? TT Deluxe only has an option to a Roth IRA.

All you have to do when Turbotax asks whether you rolled over to a ROTH IRA is say no. Turbotax then assumes that your rollover was to another qualified account and the rollover is not taxable.
