How do I complete form 8949 from a merger where I got paid out but there is no 1099-b. Have info needed to complete form & there is option on form for not having 1099-b

As part of the merger I got paid out for investment I made in terms of stock units. I do have a K-1 and all the needed info to complete 8949 but not sure how I get to that form in turbo tax w/o a 1099-b that I can enter?
