How do I claim the additional 10% bonus deduction for solar installation because I live in a IRA Energy Community Tax Credit area?

That credit is only available to businesses that produce and sell electricity.  It is not available to regular homeowners.   Are you a business?  It's part of either the investment tax credit or the energy production credit under IRC section 45 and 48.
