TurboTax has not yet implemented Form 8915-E on which the split is done.

I can't imagine that TurboTax would not implement Form 8915-E.  It's in high demand.  The question is when will it be available since the IRS has not yet finalized the form (or any of the other 2020 Forms 8915 for various disasters).   Nobody has the form yet.
