There could be a stray character or an extra space. Try deleting the entry and then re-entering it again. If that does not assist, you would need to contact your plan administrator to confirm the number is correct.

Illinois State refund was rejected--"incorrect AGI" from 2023. Tax Transcript from IRS website confirms my AGI was correct. Federal with same AGI was accepted. Help?!
