How can I get past copies of Form 5498?

I told an early distribution for the total in my Roth IRA and don't have past Forms 5498 to determine my total contributions.

Without the Form 5498 you cannot correctly determine your taxable IRA income. You can call the company/broker and ask for the infomation.

Are you close?

if not then it is all contributions.

Once you are 59 1/2 it won't matter.

Don't take early distributions.
