That is double. Did you enter the 1099R twice? Or maybe import it and enter it manually? How much is in box 1? See if there is more than 1 entered.

Wages & Income
Then scroll way down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
Then IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R) – Click Start
