How can I find Form 1099-B on Turbotax?

To enter an investment sale -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Wages and Income (Personal Income using Home and Business)
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Under Investment Income
On Stocks, Cryptocurrency, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other (1099-B), click the start or update button

Or enter investment sales in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to investment sales

This represents a sale of investment. This can be added to your tax return by using the following steps and information.

Use the Search (upper right) > type 1099b > Use the Jump to... link to begin > Scroll to the bottom of the page and select 'Add Investment'
Continue to the screen that asks how you want to enter and select 'Enter a different way' (if you don't want to import)
Select the appropriate box based on what sale you want to enter (1099-B, Other, etc)
Follow the screens to complete your additional sale(s)
