Have TurboTax Deluxe but can't get o Form 5329 by clicking on "jump to"

It's not clear what you are trying to do with the Form but it shows that you are using the desktop program.  You can always switch to the Forms Mode and then click Open Form and Search for Form 5329.

If you are trying to review the additional tax screens.  Click the Federal Taxes tab -> Then Other Tax Situations -> Scroll down to Additional Tax Payments -> Select Extra tax on early retirement withdrawals.  See screenshot.
