If your Survivor's Benefits are reported on Form 1099-R or SSA-1099, under Wages & Income, scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security to enter it in TurboTax.

I have a 1099-R for an annuity from a life insurance company that came to me upon my dad's death in March 2024. Is that considered survivor benefits for Ohio state taxes?
