Georgia military retirement income tax break. I think your system is misinterpreting the wording

I'm having the opposite problem. It appears Turbo tax is giving me the exemption even though I am over 62.

Being age 62 thru age 64 you are eligible for the Georgia Retirement Income Exclusion of up to $35,000 per taxpayer.  Pension income of any type is excluded income.
