Filling out the W4P for one pension

How can I complete the W4P form correctly in order to reduce taxes withheld from my pension?

Usually you choose a percent for the amount to be withheld. Have you looked at the W-4P?

Thank you for your response, but the W4P 2024 does not allow percentages. Should I claim dependent and other credit in Step 2 of the form?

I live in NJ, but work as a 1099-NEC employee in Philadelphia. How do I fill out the information in TurboTax so that I do not pay PA state tax (reciprocal agreement)?
