I e-filed my 2024 taxes on 3/1/25. Since then, my wife received a large social security payment in a lump sum due to the Social Security Fairness Act passing. It was paid out in late March for 2024 and 2025 monies due her. She is also going to receive a substantial monthly increase going forward in her social security payments. I had already printed out vouchers from before when I e-filed for paying quarterly amounts. How and what do I amend to increase the voucher payments to the Federal Gov't? I do not have to worry about the state of Massachusetts, since they do not tax social security payments. My tax obligation was around $1200 in 2024 to the Federal, but this year the tax due would be in the neighborhood of $2200 from my calculations.

You can make changes and print new vouchers in TurboTax:
Follow these steps to print next year's estimated tax vouchers (Form 1040-ES):
You can make your estimated payments directly with the IRS at Payments, You can also complete and print the vouchers at Form 1040-ES, Estimated Tax for Individuals.
Will the program allow me to type in the estimated values I came up with?
Sorry, I opened my completed return, but I do not see a "search tab" ??
The Search function can be found in the upper right section of the screen if you are using a desktop version of TurboTax.
Or, to go to the section to work on your estimated payment vouchers, go to Other Tax Situations > Other Tax Forms > Form W-4 and estimated taxes then click Start or Update.
